Capitalised terms in this announcement bear the same meaning as in previous announcements. Heriot continues to engage constructively with Safari and the TRP regarding the General Offer with the aim of achieving consistency with market expectations and the commercial terms of the General Offer. The TRP has extended the date by which Heriot must post its offer circular to 14 October 2022. Safari shareholders will be advised of the publication of the offer circular via a SENS announcement. Safari shareholders are advised that the General Offer will open on the business day immediately following the publication of the offer circular. Since the General Offer is unconditional, Safari shareholders may accept the General Offer immediately once the General Offer opens and can expect to receive payment within 6 business days after the date on which the transfer secretaries are notified of their acceptance of the General Offer.
