TRADING STATEMENT


In terms of rule 3.4(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, a listed company is required
to publish a trading statement as soon as a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial
results for the next reporting period to be reported on will differ by at least 20% from those of the
previous corresponding period.

Accordingly, the Company’s loss per share and headline loss per share for the year ended
30 June 2022 is expected to improve to (3.64) cents and (3.73) cents, being 53.4% and 52.3%
respectively lower compared to the loss per share and headline loss per share of (7.82) cents for
the prior year ended 30 June 2021.
