CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT: RECEIPT OF DIVIDEND PAYMENT AND UPDATE TO THE NET
ASSET VALUE

Holders of the FDETNC and FDETNQ exchange-traded notes (ETNs) are referred to the announcement
released on SENS on 2 September 2022, in relation to the update to the net asset value of the ETNs.
The announcement incorrectly referenced the update that occurred in June 2022 rather than the update
that occurred in September 2022.

Holders are therefore advised that on Thursday, 1 September 2022, Ford Motor Company paid a
dividend of $0.15 per share. As per published guidance, this dividend was synthetically reinvested, net
of all taxes, charges and fees, for the ETNs at the US closing price on Thursday, 1 September 2022.
The result of the synthetic dividend reinvestment was to increase the fractional number of shares each
ETN references and no distribution or payment was made.

Reinvestment price       $15.19/share
