RETIREMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
DRA Global Limited (ASX / JSE: DRA) (‘DRA’ or ‘the Company’) announces that Ms Kathleen Bozanic, an independent non-executive Director,
has advised that she will retire as a Director of the Company following her appointment as Chief Financial Officer of IGO Limited.
Ms Bozanic was appointed as a Director of DRA in January 2020, and is currently the Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, and a member
of DRA’s Nomination and Governance Committee and People, Culture and Remuneration Committee. DRA will commence a search process to
identify a replacement independent non-executive Director with the requisite skills and experience to also serve as Chair of the Audit
and Risk Committee. Ms Bozanic will continue to serve as a Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee until the earlier of
completing a handover of responsibilities to her replacement or 31 December 2022.
DRA’s Chairman, Mr Peter Mansell, said: “On behalf of the Board and management of DRA, I acknowledge and thank Kath for her dedication
and significant contribution to DRA over the last 3 years. Kath provided valuable insights and experience to our Board, and as Chair
of the Audit and Risk Committee played a critical role in guiding accounting, finance and corporate governance controls and standards
ahead of and following DRA’s stock exchange listings in 2021. I wish Kath all the very best for her new role and future endeavours.”
