RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


   1. Introduction

       Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements released on SENS, the last of which
       was dated 27 July 2022 (and using the terms defined therein) relating to the potential delisting of
       the Company’s Shares from the securities exchange operated by the JSE (“the Proposed
       Transaction”).


   2. Renewal of Cautionary

       Shareholders are advised that negotiations are still in progress regarding the Proposed Transaction
       which, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the Company’s securities.
       Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the
       Company’s securities, until a further announcement is made.


   3. Board Responsibility Statement

       The Board accepts responsibility for the information contained in this announcement and confirms
