Appointment of Supervisory Board member of Globe Trade Centre S.A.

The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (the “Company”) announces that on 2 September
2022 it received a written statement of GTC Dutch Holdings B.V. with its registered office in Amsterdam,
the Netherlands (the “Entitled Shareholder”), according to which the Entitled Shareholder appoints Mr.
Mariusz Grendowicz as member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, effective as of 2 September
2022.

Appointment was made pursuant to article 9 point 1 a)-c) of the articles of association of the Company.

Pursuant to its statement and the deposit certificate attached thereto, the Entitled Shareholder holds
247,461,591 shares in the Company, which constitute 43.10% of the Company’s share capital.

Mr. Grendowicz was independent member of the Supervisory Board of Company pursuant to article 9.5
of the articles of association of the Company between year 2000 and June 2022.

Mariusz Grendowicz is a member of the Supervisory Boards of Getin Noble Bank SA since 2015, and
MCI Capital ASI SA since 2017. Previously Mr Grendowicz was a member of the Supervisory Boards of
ATM SA in the years 2017-2020, Private Equity Managers SA 2015-2021, Aviva Poland 2012-2021, and
Arctic Paper SA 2012-2021. In 2013-2014 he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Polish
Investments for Development SA. In 2008-2010, he was President of the Management Board and Chief
Executive Officer of BRE Bank SA, and earlier, in 2001- 2006 was a Deputy President of Bank BPH SA,
responsible for Corporate Banking and Real Estate Division. During his career, he was also President
and Deputy President of ABN AMRO in Poland (1997-2001), Deputy President of ING Bank in Hungary
(1995-1997) and headed division of structured finance and capital markets in ING Bank in Warsaw
(1992-1995). In 1983-1992 Mariusz Grendowicz worked in banks in London, including Australia and
New Zealand Banking Group and Citibank.

Mariusz Grendowicz studied at the University of Gda?sk and then graduated with a degree in banking
in the United Kingdom.

According to his statement, Mariusz Grendowicz is not entered in the register of insolvent debtors
maintained in compliance with the Act on the National Court Register dated 20 August 1997, does not
perform any activities outside of the Company’s business which could be considered competitive with
respect thereto, does not participate in any competitive business either as a partner in a civil partnership
or any other type of partnership, and is not a member of the authorities of any competitive company or
any other competitive entity.

periodic disclosures by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalent the
information that is required by the laws of a non-member state.
