Mustek’s shareholders are informed that, for the year ended 30 June 2022, Mustek’s headline earnings per share is expected to be between 15% and 25% lower than reported in the previous financial year at between 331,36 cents and 375,54 cents (30 June 2021: 441,81 cents). Basic earnings per share is expected to be between 15% and 25% lower than reported in the previous financial year at between 318,40 cents and 360,86 cents (30 June 2021: 346,71 cents). Net asset value per share is expected to be between 2 385,00 cents and 2 395,00 cents, compared to 2 046,00 cents as at 30 June 2021. The company expects to release its audited financial results for the year ended 30 June 2022 on SENS on or about 13 September 2022.
