APPOINTMENT OF GROUP COMPANY SECRETARY

In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements,
the board of directors of the Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise that Ms.
Itumeleng April (“Tumi”), will step down as company secretary of the Company with
effect from 1 September 2022. Tumi will remain at the Company and will transition into
a wider senior legal function within the group.

The Board wishes to advise that Juba Statutory Services (Pty) Ltd (“Juba Statutory
Services”), represented by Mrs Sirkien van Schalkwyk (“Sirkien”), has been
appointed as company secretary of the Company with effect from 1 September 2022.
The Board is satisfied that Sirkien has the experience, qualifications and expertise to
take up the position of company secretary of Calgro.

Sirkien (BLC, LLB) has 20 years’ company secretarial experience and has acted as
company secretary for a number of companies, including JSE listed companies. Juba
Statutory Services was founded in 2010 by Sirkien, focussing on servicing a limited
number of clients to ensure a high quality of service.

The Board welcomes Sirkien and looks forward to her contribution to the Company
and would like to thank Tumi for her valuable contribution during her tenure.
