TERMINATION OF ASSET MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT
NOTICE OF TERMINATION
Shareholders are referred to the Company’s previous announcement published on SENS on 20 April 2022
wherein it referred to the disposal of Coopers Square Burton upon Trent (“Coopers Square”), being the
last property held by New Frontier.
Pursuant to the disposal of Coopers Square, the Asset Manager notified the Company by way of letter
giving 60 days’ notice of the termination of the Asset Management Agreement between Waypoint New
Frontier Limited and the Company. The termination of the agreement is with effect from 31 August 2022.
