NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND DISTRIBUTION OF ANNUAL REPORT

Shareholders are advised that the annual report for the year ended 31 March 2022 was posted to shareholders
today, 28 June 2022. The annual report, incorporating the notice of annual general meeting and audited
consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2022 are available at www.yeboyethu.co.za

As a consequence of the ongoing impact of COVID-19 and with the health of our shareholders in mind, the
annual general meeting will be held on Tuesday, 2 August 2022 at 10:00, by way of an electronic platform. Full
details of participation at the annual general meeting are set out in the notice of annual general meeting.

The salient dates and times for the annual general meeting are as follows:
