on the Botswana Stock Exchange (BSE) since 2002. Letshego is an inclusive

social impact within its 11 subsidiaries across sub-Saharan Africa.
Notice is hereby given that the 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders
of Letshego Holdings Limited (“the Company”) will be held via Conference Call on
Thursday 23 June 2022 at 14h30 GMT+2 (Botswana Time).
