In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are hereby
advised of the following changes to the board of directors (the “Board”) with effect from 6 May
2022:

Mr PM Madala, has resigned as a member of the Board and Audit Committee and will be replaced
by Mr GT Sayers who has been appointed as a member of the Board and Audit Committee.

The Board would like to extend its appreciation to Mr. Madala for his commitment and service to
the Company over the years. The Board further welcomes Mr GT Sayers and looks forward to his
contribution to the Company.
