DUAL LISTING OF BIH’S EXCHANGEABLE BONDS DUE DECEMBER 2024
BIH bondholders are referred to the announcement on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE
Limited (“JSE”) on Monday, 29 November 2021, relating to the publication of the prospectus pursuant
to the listing of the Company’s ZAR 3 billion 5% Senior Unsecured Exchangeable Bonds due 3
December 2024 (the “Bonds”) on the Main Board of the JSE (the “Prospectus”).
As guided in the Prospectus, the Listing Executive Committee of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd
(“SEM”) has granted approval on 2 May 2022 for the dual listing of the Bonds on the Official Market of
the SEM with effect from 11 May 2022. The Bonds are currently traded on the JSE. For the time being,
the directors of BIH do not anticipate that a secondary market will develop in the Bonds on the SEM.
Copies of the Listing Particulars dated 2 May 2022 are available for inspection during normal office
hours (from 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours Mauritian time) at the Company’s registered office at C/o
Maitland (Mauritius) Limited, Suite 420, 4th Floor, Barkly Wharf, Le Caudan Waterfront, Port Louis,
Mauritius.
The dual listing on the Official Market of the SEM has no impact on the existing Terms and Conditions
of the Bonds, which can be downloaded from the Company’s website at:
