NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES TO THE BOARD AND AUDIT & RISK COMMITTEE

In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) Debt Listings Requirements, Toyota
Financial Services (South Africa) Limited hereby notifies noteholders that Sindisiwe Ntombenhle
Mabaso-Koyana has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the board due to her term
as director coming to an end.

Ms. Mabaso-Koyana also served on the Audit & Risk Committee and has resigned from this
Committee.

The effective date of the resignation has not yet been determined and will be communicated to
noteholders once known.

The board thanks Ms. Mabaso-Koyana for her service to the board and wishes her well in her future
endeavors.
