REDEMPTION OF ASN329 FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT

In terms of paragraphs 26(b) of the Applicable Pricing Supplement, the Anniversary Index Level on 12 April 2022 was
greater than the Anniversary Autocall Level, triggering an Autocall Event resulting in an automatic Early Redemption and
termination.

Accordingly the ASN329 note has been suspended from trading tomorrow, Thursday, 21 April 2022. ASN329 will
redeem and automatically terminate with effect from Tuesday, 03 May 2022.
