In accordance with the provisions of the terms and conditions of KAP’s ZAR10,000,000,000 Domestic
Medium Term Note Programme dated 13 December 2019, and Condition 11.3 (Redemption at the
Option of the Issuer) of the Applicable Pricing Supplement dated 28 January 2020 in respect of KAP016,
