been publicly released. Old Mutual is the guarantor of the OMLACSA OML11, OML12 and OML13 debt
instruments.


The audited annual financial statements of Old Mutual have been audited by KPMG Inc. and Deloitte
& Touche, who expressed an unmodified opinion thereon. The Old Mutual Audited Annual Financial
Statements containing the audit opinion, including key audit matters, can be obtained on the
