NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF REVIEWED ANNUAL RESULTS OF OLD MUTUAL LIMITED FOR THE YEAR
ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2021

Old Mutual Insure hereby notifies its debt investors that the reviewed annual results for the year ended 31
December 2021 of Old Mutual Limited (“Old Mutual” or “the Company”) have been publicly released. Old Mutual
is the ultimate holding company of Old Mutual Insure.

The reviewed condensed consolidated financial statements of Old Mutual have been reviewed by the independent
joint auditors, KPMG Inc. and Deloitte & Touche, who expressed an unmodified review conclusion. Any reference
to future financial performance has not been reviewed by or reported on by the Old Mutual’s auditors.

The reviewed condensed consolidated financial statements of Old Mutual and the independent joint auditors’
review report are available on the Old Mutual website at https://www.oldmutual.com/investor-relations/reporting-
centre/reports and for inspection at Mutualpark, Jan Smuts Drive, Pinelands, Cape Town.
