Limited, the board of directors of The Thekwini Warehousing Conduit (RF) Limited (“the
Board”) hereby notifies noteholders of the appointment of Ashley Eaton as the Company
Secretary of The Thekwini Warehousing Conduit (RF) Limited with effect from 1 March 2022,
following the resignation of Ursula Schei on 28 February 2022.


The Board welcomes Ashley Eaton and looks forward to her contribution towards assisting
the Board in achieving its objectives.
