NOTIFICATION OF THE SEMI-ANNUAL HISTORICAL INFORMATION AND THE AVAILABILITY OF THE INVESTOR
REPORT

In accordance with section 6.81(a)(i) of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements (the “Requirements”),
noteholders are hereby advised that there have been no replacements or repurchases of assets in the pool,
for the period ended 14 March 2022, due to a breach of the representations and warranties contained in
the agreements underlying the asset-backed debt securities.

In accordance with section 6.81(a)(ii) of the Requirements, noteholders are further advised that the investor
report detailing the performance of the underlying assets in aggregate, for the period ended 14 March 2022, is
