APPOINTMENT TO THE AUDIT COMMITTEE

Noteholders are advised that Motlanalo Glory Khumalo (“Koko”) was appointed as an independent
non-executive director of The Bidvest Group Limited (“Bidvest”) and as a member of the Bidvest Audit
Committee, to strengthen the skills on the committee, with effect from 03 January 2022. Koko is a
Chartered Accountant, Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Motlanalo Chartered
Accountants and Auditors Incorporated.

The Issuer is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bidvest and the Bidvest Audit Committee acts on behalf of
the Issuer, in accordance with section 94 of the Companies Act (No.71 of 2008).

The board welcomes Koko to the Audit Committee and looks forward to her contribution.
