Listing of additional 1nvestPalladium debentures – ETFPLD and ENXPLD (NSX)

1nvest ETF has, from commencement of 03 March 2022, issued an additional 150,000
1nvestPalladium debentures at an approximate issue price of R386.0621 per additional
1nvestPalladium debenture, following subscriptions in respect of approximately 1,452.869 fine troy
ounces of Palladium.

After the additional issue, there will be 3,304,050 1nvestPalladium debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 32,022.124 fine troy ounces of Palladium.
