Appointment of financial director


In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that Albertus (Albrè) Badenhorst has appointed as interim
Financial Director with effect from 28 February 2022.

Albrè is a qualified Chartered Account with extensive experience in financial
planning, budgeting, monitoring, management and reporting for a wide range of
projects and consulting assignments. He has focused experience in the financial
sector coupled with extensive senior management experience.

The Board of Directors wishes Albrè well in his new position and looks forward to
his contribution to the Board.
