Financial information and withdrawal of cautionary announcement

1)     Financial information
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 24 November 2021 and 1 February
2022 regarding the agreement entered into by SEAM and Sable Platinum Holdings (Pty) Ltd, a
wholly owned subsidiary of SEAM with Magni Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd (“Magni”) and Lurco
Metals (Pty) Ltd (“Lurco Metals”). Below is the outstanding financial information.
The value of the net assets acquired were R820 667 229 and the losses attributable to the net
assets being acquired were R1 983 049. This information is based on unaudited management
accounts as at 31 January 2022.


2)     Withdrawal of cautionary announcement
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements dated 24 November 2021 and 1
February 2022 relating to the outstanding financial information and are now advised that caution
is no longer required to be exercised by shareholders when dealing in their securities
