Plant No.1 Bond SPV (RF) Ltd extraordinary resolution



On 17 January 2022 the Issuer issued a notice requesting bondholders
to vote on an extraordinary resolution relating to the refinancing of
the bonds issued by CPV Power Plant No.1 Bond SPV. The vote has been
completed, resulting in the necessary quorum being achieved and
bondholders voting in favour of the resolution.
