CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY


In compliance with paragraph 6.39 of the Debt Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of
directors of KOBWA (“the Board”) hereby notifies Noteholders that Mr Muzi Simelane’s appointment as
company secretary of KOBWA lapsed with effect from 31 December 2021.

The Board would like to thank Mr Simelane for his contribution to KOBWA and wishes him well in his
future endeavours.

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of First Corporate Transfer Secretaries Proprietary
Limited (“FCS”) as company secretary of KOBWA with effect from 1 January 2022. The FCS Team will
be led by Mr Trevor Sithole, who is a Chartered Company Secretary with over 20 years post
qualification experience. Mr Sithole also holds an MBA from Bond University of Australia.

The Board has considered and is satisfied that Mr Sithole has the experience, qualifications and
expertise to take up the position and wishes him well in this role.
