UPDATE ON DELAY IN AVAILABILITY OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30
JUNE 2021

Further to the announcement released on SENS on 31 January 2022, the City hereby notifies debt investors
that the finalisation and audit of its annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2021 (“AFS”) is
progressing and the City has scheduled a special Council meeting on 24 February 2022 to table the annual
report, together with the AFS.

It is therefore anticipated that the annual report, together with the AFS, will be publicly released shortly
thereafter and by no later than 28 February 2022.
