CHANGE IN SALIENT DATES AND TIMES
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 7 December 2021 entitled “Posting of Circular
and Notice convening the General Meeting” (the “7 December Announcement”). The capitalised terms
in this announcement bear the same meanings as those contained in the 7 December Announcement.
Shareholders are hereby advised that not all of the conditions precedent to which the Proposed
Transaction is subject (the “Conditions Precedent”) have been fulfilled as yet and therefore the
Company is unable to publish the finalisation announcement referred to in the “Important Dates and
Times” section of the 7 December Announcement. A further announcement will be published on SENS
when the last of the Conditions Precedent have been fulfilled or waived (as the case may be) and an
updated timetable for the implementation of the Proposed Transaction can be determined.
