It is expected that the Ordinary Scheme will be implemented on Monday, 28 February 2022 and that, in accordance with the Ordinary Scheme, the listing of Liberty Shares will be terminated at the commencement of trade on the JSE on Tuesday, 1 March 2022 (the “Delisting”). Accordingly, as a result of the Delisting occurring before the anticipated date of publication of Liberty’s results for the year ended 31 December 2021 on SENS, shareholders of Liberty Holdings are advised that Liberty will not be publishing its financial results presentation on SENS or notifying shareholders of the availability of its Annual Financial Statements and integrated report on SENS. Liberty’s results will be incorporated in the Standard Bank Group Limited results due to be published on SENS on 11 March 2022.
