TRANSNET CONCLUDES A SUCCESSFUL INVESTOR DEAL ROADSHOW AND BOND AUCTION
Transnet Noteholders are advised that following a SENS announcement issued on Wednesday, 12
January 2022 regarding a Transnet Investor Deal Roadshow, Transnet has successfully raised R2.015
billion on senior unsecured notes ranging from a tenor of 1 to 12 years.
The auction was well received, attracting a diverse investor base and achieving an order book of
R2.570 billion (1.28x subscribed).
Transnet would like to thank all the investors that showed interest in the deal roadshow and bond
auction. The oversubscription demonstrates the support and confidence of investors in Transnet and
its strategic direction.
