Delisting of 35 000 CoreShares Preference Share ETF securities

Investors are advised that 35 000 CoreShares Preference Share ETF securities will be delisted on the
JSE at an issue price of R9.95 per security. Following the delisting there will be 38 800 819
CoreShares Preference Share ETF securities in issue with effect from Wednesday, 26 January 2022.
