NOTIFICATION OF AN UPDATE TO THE ISSUER’S INFORMATION STATEMENT

Pursuant to paragraphs 4.21 and 6.55 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are
hereby advised that the Information Statement, incorporated by reference in the Issuer’s
ZAR12,000,000,000 Domestic Medium Term Note and Commercial Paper Programme Memorandum
dated 6 April 2021 (the “Information Statement”), has been updated.

The Information Statement, dated 21 January 2022, is available for inspection at the registered office
of the Issuer and will be made available for inspection on https://www.bidvest.co.za/dmtn-cp.php .
