BENEFICIAL SHAREHOLDING UPDATE


Shareholders are advised that Visio Fund Management (“Visio”) has informed the JSE that it is, directly or indirectly,
beneficially interested in 6.33% of EPP shares, whereas Visio is not reflected as a major shareholder (holding at least 5%
of EPP’s issued share capital) in the circular issued by the Company on 17 December 2021 as such information did not
reflect in the analysed share register referenced by the Company at the time of issue of the circular. EPP has issued this
announcement at the request of the JSE and has not independently verified Visio’s beneficial shareholding.
