BOARD CHANGES

Shareholders are advised in terms of paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements of the
following changes to the Board of Directors:

   1. Jabulani Richard Khethe has retired as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Issuer with effect
      from 31 December 2021. This marks his retirement from the Board after serving as a director for over
      15 years; and

   2. Jantje Daun has resigned to pursue a career opportunity after serving as a director for the past 4 years.

The Board wishes to recognise and thank both Jabulani Khethe and Jantje Daun for their invaluable
contributions over the years and wish them all the best in their future endeavors.
