Subject: Appointment of Management Board members of Globe Trade Centre S.A.

The Management Board of Globe Trade Centre S.A. (“the Company”) hereby informs that on 13
December 2021 the Supervisory Board of the Company appointed Pedja Petronijevic to the
Management Board of the Company (Chief Development Officer) and János Gárdai to the Management
Board of the Company ard (Chief Operating Officer). The appointment of Pedja Petronijevic is effective
as of 15 January 2021, while the appointment of János Gárdai is effective on the date when János
Gárdai competitive appointments and contractual obligations elapses however not later than on 1
February 2022.

Pedja Petronijevic started his career in GTC as a Technical Director for Serbia in 2008. Since 2012 he
was promoted to Country Managing Director and successfully oversaw portfolio growth until today. Prior
to GTC, he was in charge of operations of Mercury Engineering in Serbia while his professional career
started as a project engineer on one of the largest developments in Gaborone, Botswana.

Mr. Petronijevic graduated from The University of Belgrade where he obtained M. Sc. degree in
mechanical engineering.

According to his statement, Pedja Petronijevic is not entered in the register of insolvent debtors
maintained in compliance with the Act on the National Court Register dated 20 August 1997, does not
perform any activities outside of the Company’s business which could be considered competitive with
respect thereto, does not participate in any competitive business either as a partner in a civil partnership
or any other type of partnership, and is not a member of the authorities of any competitive company or
any other competitive entity.


János Gárdai started his career as a financial analyst at Autóvill Rt in 1996. Between 1997 and 1999 he
was a financial controller and a reporting manager at ERECO Rt. Mr Gárdai joined White Star Real
Estate (AIG/Lincoln) in 1999 where over the last 22 years he has been involved in all aspects of the real
estate business in various positions starting from Finance Director, through Development Director,
Managing Director to Country Partner.He was managing and overseeing the operation of the Hungarian
office and was involved in development, property management, asset management and acquisition and
new business opportunities. Over the years he managed investments of a total EUR 400m.

Mr. Gárdai graduated from College of Finance and Accounting on the branch of Corporate Accounting.

According to his statement, János Gárdai is not entered in the register of insolvent debtors maintained
in compliance with the Act on the National Court Register dated 20 August 1997, does not perform any
activities outside of the Company’s business which could be considered competitive with respect
thereto, does not participate in any competitive business either as a partner in a civil partnership or any
other type of partnership, and is not a member of the authorities of any competitive company or any
