DISCLOSURE OF CHANGE IN BENEFICIAL SHAREHOLDING

In accordance with section 122(3)(b)of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 (“the
Companies Act”) and section 3.83(b)of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are hereby advised that RBPlat has received formal notification
that Coronation Asset Management Proprietary Limited (“Coronation”)on behalf
of its clients, has in aggregate disposed of an interest in the ordinary shares
of the Company, such that the total interest in the ordinary shares of the
Company held by Coronation’s clients now amounts to 0% of the total issued
ordinary share capital of the Company.

As required in terms of the Companies Act, the Company has filed the required
notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
