EARLY REDEMPTION OF IVC148 NOTES (“IVC148 NOTES”)

Investec Bank Limited (“the Issuer”) has exercised its option to early redeem all of the
IVC148 Notes in terms of item 32 of the Applicable Pricing Supplements, pursuant to the
terms and conditions set out in the Issuer’s Credit-Linked Note Programme dated
