In compliance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are
herewith advised of the following change to the boards of directors of Nqaba.
Henda Van Deventer has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive director to the Board
of Nqaba, effective 02 August 2021.
Brian Coombe has resigned as Independent Non-Executive director to the Board of Nqaba,
effective 02 August 2021. Brian Coombe has resigned due to other related commitments and to
allow for board diversification and succession planning purposes.
