Increase in Programme Amount - ZAR60,000,000,000 Structured Note
Programme

We hereby notify you, pursuant to clause 11 (Increase in
Programme Amount) of the Programme Agreement, that the Programme
Amount of the above Programme will be increased from
ZAR60,000,000,000   to   ZAR80,000,000,000  with   effect   from
08 October 2021 whereupon all references to the current
Programme Amount in the Programme Agreement, the Agency
Agreement, the Programme Memorandum, the Disclosure Schedules
and any other relevant documents will be deemed amended
accordingly.

Terms used in this announcement have the meanings given to them
in the Programme Agreement.
