Orion Minerals Limited (ASX/JSE: ORN) (Orion or the Company) advises in accordance with ASX Listing
Rule 3.13.1, that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled for 25 November
2021. Further details of the AGM will be confirmed once the AGM notice of meeting is despatched to
shareholders of the Company.

An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election and appointment of directors. In accordance
with clause 14.3 of the Company's Constitution, nominations for election of directors at the AGM must
be received at Orion’s registered office not less than 30 Business Days before the date of the AGM, being
no later than 5:00 p.m. (Melbourne time) on 14 October 2021.
