ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF AN INAUGURAL US$-DENOMINATED REG S / 144A SENIOR
UNSECURED BOND
Noteholders are referred to the announcement released by the guarantor, The Bidvest Group Limited
(“Bidvest”), on SENS on 17 September 2021 (“Bidvest Announcement”) stating that Bidvest
successfully priced an inaugural US$-denominated Reg S / 144A senior unsecured five-year bond of
USD800mn at a coupon of 3.625%. The Notes, to be issued by The Bidvest Group (UK) Plc, are
guaranteed by Bidvest. Noteholders are advised to refer to the Bidvest Announcement for further
details in this regard.
