Shareholders and noteholders are advised that the Group’s Annual
Financial Statements (“AFS”) for the year ended 30 June 2021, together
with the 2021 Integrated Report, will be available on the Group’s website
https://www.momentummetropolitan.co.za/en/investor-
relations/financial-results on Wednesday, 8 September 2021.

The AFS contain no changes to the summarised audited consolidated
financial results released on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE
on the same date, 8 September 2021.

The AFS have been audited by the Group’s auditors, Ernst & Young Inc.,
and their unqualified audit report is available for inspection at the
registered offices of Momentum Metropolitan together with the AFS
identified in the audit opinion.
