Further to the trading statement released on SENS on 11 August 2021, a review by management of the financial results for the year ended 28 February 2021 has indicated that: - the earnings per share is expected to be between 42 cents and 48 cents, reflecting an improvement of between 170% to 180%, compared to the loss per share of 60 cents for the year ended 29 February 2020. The improvement is largely due to the impact of a one-time event in the form of a sale of dormant subsidiaries; and - the outlook on headline loss per share has not changed and is expected to be between 20 cents and 14 cents, reflecting an improvement of between 67% and 77%, compared to the headline loss per share of 60 cents for the year ended 29 February 2020. The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported on by the Company’s auditors.
