CHANGE OF NAME

Shareholders are referred to the results of the annual general meeting announcement released on the
Stock Exchange News Service (‘SENS”) on 30 August 2021, wherein HPLR shareholders were advised of
the approval of the special resolution in relation to the Change of Name (“Change of Name”).

The Company has received confirmation from the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission
(“CIPC”) for the registration of the special resolution for the Change of Name. The Change of Name of
the Company will change to Frontier Transport Holdings Limited, the ISIN number - ZAE000300505, JSE
share code – FTH and short name – FrontierT.

The Company will retain history and commence trading under the new name on the JSE Limited (“JSE”)
on 22 September 2021.

The final salient dates and times relating to the change of name are set out below:
