CHANGES TO THE BOARD - APPOINTMENT OF NEW CHAIRPERSON AND CHANGE IN ROLE OF
DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the board of
directors of Nutritional Holdings (“the Board”) is pleased to advise shareholders that Ms Helena
Dorothea Grewar (“Althea”) has been appointed as an executive director and Chairperson
(“Chair”) of the Company with effect from 1 September 2021. The former chairman, Mr K
Nassar will change his role to an Independent Non-Executive Director.
Althea has a CGMSA with 17 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, her core focus
is risk, strategic planning and corporate structuring. She formed part of the audit firm known
as Certified Master Auditors (South Africa) Inc. for over 7 years with a main objective of
operational restructuring within companies to ensure longevity.
The Board welcomes Althea and looks forward to her contribution to the Company.
