Kore Potash advises that the following unquoted unlisted options, which were granted to Jean-Michel
Bour on his appointment as CFO and announced on 24 June 2021, have been cancelled following a
board decision confirming that they are incapable of vesting in accordance with the terms and
conditions they were issued under:

Number of Unlisted Options: 12,000,000
Exercise Price: GBP 0.022
Expiry Date: 1 June 2026
