LISTING OF THE SATRIX INCLUSION & DIVERSITY ETF (“THE PORTFOLIO”)-
STXID

Further to the announcement released on SENS on Friday, 6 August
2021 regarding the conversion ratio and the number of issued
securities from the initial public offering for subscription to the
portfolio, Satrix Managers (RF) Pty Limited hereby announce the
listing of the portfolio.


Issued securities and listing

Satrix Inclusion & Diversity ETF will issue 340 866 (Three hundred
and forty thousand eight hundred and sixty six) securities,
comprising of the sum total of the cash subscriptions, to list on
the “Exchange Traded Funds” sector of the main board of the JSE
Limited, at an issue price of approximately R28.75 per security, to
commence trading on Wednesday, 11 August 2021.
