RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement published on 18 May 2021 and the renewal thereof on 29 June 2021,
relating to the approach by Heineken N.V. regarding the potential acquisition of the majority of Distell’s business. Shareholders
are advised that the parties remain in discussions which, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the
Company’s securities. Bearing in mind that there can be no certainty that an agreement will be reached, shareholders are advised
to exercise caution when dealing in their Distell securities until a further announcement is made.
