Notice is further given that, the Issuer shall use the proceeds from the Refinancing Notes to redeem, on the Refinance Date, the Outstanding Principal Amount under the Class A1 Secured Floating Rate Notes, issued by the Issuer on 26 October 2018 in an amount of ZAR540,000,000 (ISIN No. ZAG000154907; Bond Exchange Listing Code AHF5A1) ("Class A1 Notes"), in accordance with Condition 7.3.4 of the Conditions. The Class A1 Notes were issued under the Issuer's ZAR4,000,000,000 asset backed note programme established in terms of a programme memorandum dated on or about 18 October 2018 ("Programme Memorandum") The Scheduled Maturity Date of the Class A1 Notes is 21 August 2021 and the Notes shall be redeemed on 23 August 2021 being the first Business Day following the Scheduled Maturity Date.
