NOTICE OF THE ISSUE OF REFINANCING NOTES AND REDEMPTION BY THE
ISSUER ON 23 AUGUST 2021 OF THE CLASS A1 NOTES ISSUED BY THE
ISSUER UNDER THE ZAR4, 000, 000, 000 ASSET BACKED NOTE PROGRAMME
OF THE ISSUER

Notice is hereby given that, the Issuer intends, on 23 August
2021 (being the first Business Day following the Scheduled
Maturity Date) (the "Refinance Date"), to issue a Tranche of
Notes (the "Refinancing Notes").

Notice is further given that, the Issuer shall use the proceeds
from the Refinancing Notes to redeem, on the Refinance Date, the
Outstanding Principal Amount under the Class A1 Secured Floating
Rate Notes, issued by the Issuer on 26 October 2018 in an amount
of ZAR540,000,000 (ISIN No. ZAG000154907; Bond Exchange Listing
Code AHF5A1) ("Class A1 Notes"), in accordance with Condition
7.3.4 of the Conditions.

The   Class  A1   Notes   were issued   under  the  Issuer's
ZAR4,000,000,000 asset backed note programme established in
terms of a programme memorandum dated on or about 18 October
2018 ("Programme Memorandum")

The Scheduled Maturity Date of the Class A1 Notes is 21 August
2021 and the Notes shall be redeemed on 23 August 2021 being the
first Business Day following the Scheduled Maturity Date. The
Issuer will redeem the Class A1 Notes at their aggregate
Principal Amount Outstanding (together with interest accrued
thereon) utilising the proceeds from the Refinancing Notes.

Capitalised terms and expressions used in this notice, and not
otherwise defined herein, shall have the meanings assigned to
such terms and expressions in the Programme Memorandum.
