RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

RAC shareholders are advised that, at the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the ordinary
shareholders of the Company held on Wednesday, 28 July 2021, all the proposed resolutions were
approved by 100% of the RAC ordinary shares voted in person or by proxy, which represented
3 750 000 RAC ordinary shares.

Shareholders are reminded that the RAC ordinary shares are not listed on the securities exchange
operated by the JSE.

The special and ordinary resolutions proposed at the AGM are set out below:

Special resolution number 1
Approval of the independent non-executive directors’ remuneration

Ordinary resolution number 1
Appointment of Ernst & Young Inc. as the Company’s auditor, as nominated by the Company’s Audit
and Risk Committee and to note that the individual registered auditor who will undertake the audit
during the financial year ending 31 March 2022, is Ms J Allison

Election of S Naidoo as an independent non-executive director
